Exploring the World of Art:
Whether one wants to be an artists, loves art or nobody has ever cared for art, knowing different kinds of art forms helps in knowing more about art.Which is why, in the context of the present article, certain common art styles that are shortly described below are to be introduced.
Classical Art: The second stage is called by the name The Foundation of Tradition It is expressed in the ideas that was developed at the early stage of the development of the Oriental culture, that means the ideas which were created when the civilization of this part of the world began to develop. The period arts also known as the Greco Roman arts are traditionally identified with the arts of the classical Greeks and Romans which are made according to the principles of harmony, balance and proportion. It works most of the time in areas like mythology, history and religion and occasionally in others. The factors that it is defined by include high level of detail and realism of subjects, and portrayal of human characters that resemble photographs.
Renaissance Art: Chapter: The Atonement of Classism Peculiar as it might have sounded at the time of its formulation in the 14th century, it is important to note that ‘Renaissance,’ did refer to the direction of ‘classical tendencies’ revival. With regard to the characteristics of this period several points are to be noted: the new interest in everything that is secular, realism and human figures. Some of the renaissance that has been in practice for a long time has some of the following features, namely; perceptive; anatomy and light in the works of the following artists; Leonardo Da Vinci, Michel Angelo, Raphael and Victor Vasarely. It is possible to consider submitted particular period as the period of the ultimate breakthroughs in the sphere of art, to list, for example, Mona Lisa or Sistine Chapel ceiling.
Baroque Art: The performing arts strand of dramatics and movement will be very much involved at this level. This like other art periods that originated in the 17th century include the following characteristics: high-contrast, reinforcement of the affect and action and multiple movement. It can encompass such things as large scenes with trajectory and vigour in the feel.Masters such as Caravaggio and Rembrandt for instance had used the power of painting in a way that placed the viewers in a position of understanding what the painter would wish to communicate.Summing up what was said before, the vast majority of Baroque art refers to political authority and both religious and mundane existence.
Impressionism: Capturing the MomentOf all the new tendencies that emerged in the process of the gradual evolution of painting, impressionism as a certain trend emerged in the last years of the nineteenth century.Impressionisms were, however, slightly different from most actual painters in that their view of what constituted a good painting was that subject matter was irrelevant. They wanted to do still life and painted many incidences of life outdoors, painting for example en plein air. Just turn your mind to such acknowledged masters as Copley, Turner, Constable, Monet, Renoir, Degas – one sees these painters make viva, so to say, kaleidoscope-like pictures of the beauties of nature in impressionism art
Abstract Art: The life beyond the visible is quite sufficient but the idea carries no good connotation which should not be so irrespective of rank, status or position in civil society. Non-Objective art is baby of modernity as objects are painted not for what they are but for what concept in the form of bright colors they can espouse. Such a style developed in the early years of the twentieth century with art personalities such as Kandinsky and Mondrian who in their early works balanced on abstraction, sought to express the ‘idea’, the ‘more than what can be said’ through geometric shapes. Meanwhile, abstract art suggests or invites the audience to go beyond the real – that is, to form an emotional bond with the picture.
Surrealism: This is not of this World, but for this World, for that Other World which IS the World of Dream. Surrealism began towards the begining of the current century and it is style that is centered on dream. This is perhaps the most active of all the styles because here we have a great many references to the mythological, the absurd and functioning of the latent psyche. The main performers of the surreal art movement that produced and performed pieces to speak of reality and the world of the phantasmal was Salvador Dalí, René Magritte and other artists. It let the audience ponder on such matters as what is reality and it provided them with settings that were abstract and quite surreal.
Pop Art: Popular Culture; no more to be subdued!Pop Art originated in the fifties as a reaction to the problems of Consumers’ society and mass media. Newspaper cuttings, fashionlays, comic strips and screen characters, advertisements – these are what pop-artists like Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein have used and that was seen in Milk and Mimetic. I think that today one may accurately speak about modern art as derived from popular culture because of the existing phenomenon of pop art .
Contemporary Art: In a society that one lives in today, one gets to have a feeling that irrespective of how much one may want to turn a blind eye on this or that, it is an issue that is part of one, given that one is a member of the modern society. In the samples of the contemporary art I can identify several styles and techniques which, in my view, are as many and variable as the contemporary world. From the art of conceptualisms to Net and back This chapter should be considered as an attempt to establish what strategies of understanding and construction of the art of conceptualisms are possible in the context of net-art as well as to identify the ways how it is practiced through the Internet might be understandable. of art, the artists of the given piece of the contemporary world want to address the issues of identity, globalisation or technological advance. Indeed, it was one of the youngest among the disciplines, and therefore it is predominately speculative and, more to the point, it is the pursuit of what art can be. Today’s artists like Hirst, Weiwei and Banksy parody art and at times in its wake they proclaim a political message in contemporary art
Final thoughts: This is why we agreed to name our journey ‘A Journey Through Art’: in order to demonstrate how, in order to indicate where the idea has been taken from and maybe to where it is heading, one must pass through art. All have something to tell about life and art itself is so broad that there is not a type or genre one can utter something wrong or negative to regards.Whether interested in religious imagery in renaissance arts or political propaganda in contemporary arts there is something there for the art lover in the world When assessing these prescriptions, one is in a capacity of understanding the uniqueness and quality of arts.
