We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that accidents can happen. Don't worry; we've got you covered! These terms won't affect your legal rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: We take pride in our quality, but if your print is faulty or damaged, we'll replace it at no cost and without delay. If it arrives visibly damaged, take a photo, reject the delivery, and let us know. For hidden damage, contact us asap at info@canvasartprints.com.au. in 14 days. If a return is needed, we'll cover the cost.
Late Delivery : We usually dispatch in around 5 business days and have no control  if shipment is delayed by courier company or Australia post for a few days.
Misrepresentation or Dissatisfaction: Please Take your time choosing your perfect print, as all our prints are made to orders cand can't be refunded. If your print doesn't match our website portrayal, reach out to info@canvasartprints.com.au. We'll investigate and reprint it if there is major differnce. Please be advised that, as a consequence, colours of our prints may differ between the pictures shown on the website and actual products, pegging to the differences in devices’ displays, setting of the monitors, the variations of the items themselves, the lighting conditions, as well as the screen calibration. I do not like to distinguish between large and small errors since we can never be perfect and there will always be a slight deviation. In case of any query, the customer support can be reached. Our best policy on customer relations is – customer satisfaction is our main asset.
Cancellations and Changes: Once ordered, we can't cancel or change your order, but we can update your email and shipping address before dispatch. Address change requests should be made ASAP.
